About the role

As Senior Product Manager - Publishing, you will lead the core builders team responsible for how creators design and distribute email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own critical product surfaces end-to-end, define strategy and measurement, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to build fast, delightful creation tools touching hundreds of thousands of creators.

What you'll do

  • Own key publishing surfaces end-to-end, from opportunity discovery to shipping features at scale.
  • Define product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable success criteria for the builders team.
  • Collaborate closely with design to ensure high craft, visual polish, and intuitive user experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales to drive alignment and adoption.
  • Incorporate AI workflows thoughtfully into product surfaces and day-to-day product operations.

What you bring

  • 6-9+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of revenue-driving products.
  • Proven track record building high-quality creation tools, editors, or publishing surfaces.
  • Deep familiarity with online content creation ecosystems and creator workflows.
  • Strong product judgment, quantitative analysis skills, and systems-thinking mindset.
  • Comfort using and evaluating AI tools in daily workflows.
