About the role
In this role, you will act as a product manager for your organization's internal ways of working, partnering with an Executive Sponsor and an Enterprise AI Engineer to identify transformative operational opportunities. You will balance strategy, prioritization, and hands-on building by mapping workflows, authoring agent skills files, configuring tools, and establishing a Champion network to ensure high user adoption across Product & Design teams.
What you'll do
- Own and execute the function's AI strategy aligned with executive guidance and measurable business outcomes.
- Map end-to-end workflows across the organization to uncover high-leverage constraints and opportunities for 100x efficiency.
- Manage the intake and strategic prioritization of AI use cases, holding the line on critical priorities.
- Drive change management and adoption through demos, office hours, onboarding, and an active internal Champion network.
- Prototype and deploy AI agents using no-code and low-code platforms like Glean and Workato.
- Own and monitor the performance of your function's agent fleet, actively evaluating, tuning, and sunsetting agents as tech evolves.
What you bring
- Deep operational knowledge of product and design functions and how work moves cross-functionally.
- Proven product management mindset with experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and measurable KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically prioritize competing business needs and say 'not yet' when necessary.
- Hands-on comfort prototyping with low-code/no-code platforms and AI agent tooling.
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills across executive and peer groups.
