About the role
As a Senior Product Manager on the Builders team, you will take end-to-end ownership of Kit's core publishing platform, empowering creators to create and distribute email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites at scale. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to align on a product vision, measure user impact, and ship polished features that reach hundreds of thousands of creators and over a billion subscribers.
What you'll do
- Own key builder product surfaces end-to-end, from opportunity discovery to shipping scaled creator tools
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and marketing to execute product strategy with high visual polish
- Define product metrics and evaluate quantitative data to guide roadmaps and feature iteration
- Identify opportunities to thoughtfully integrate AI tooling into creator workflows
- Participate in recurring cross-functional EPD meetings and company planning rituals
What you bring
- 6 to 9+ years of product management experience owning a core, revenue-driving product surface
- Proven track record building high-quality scaled software, ideally creation tools, editors, or publishing platforms
- Deep collaboration skills with design, showing high taste and attention to visual craft
- Strong AI fluency and daily comfort using AI tools within your workflow
- Ability to overlap consistently with US and European teams between 10:45 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Eastern
