About the role

As a Senior Product Manager on the builders team, you will take end-to-end ownership of Kit's core publishing surfaces, including the email editor, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will drive product strategy, partner closely with engineering and design, and ship tools used by hundreds of thousands of creators and over a billion subscribers.

What you'll do

  • Own key product surfaces end-to-end from opportunity discovery to launch and impact measurement
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to build high-craft creator tools and publishing workflows
  • Establish and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the builders ecosystem across the company
  • Leverage data and user feedback to inform roadmap prioritization and evaluate feature success
  • Incorporate AI thoughtfully into the product experience and internal PM workflows

What you bring

  • 6-9+ years of product management experience with ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality software, ideally editors, creation tools, or publishing surfaces
  • Deep collaboration skills with design, emphasizing visual craft and long-term product vision
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, data-informed decision-making, and systems thinking
  • Ability to overlap consistently with European and US team members during designated Eastern Time meeting windows
