About the role
In this 100% outbound-driven role, you will own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across target accounts in the HRTech and mid-market sectors. You will research accounts, conduct discovery calls, evaluate client fit for Remote People's global payroll and EOR solutions, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive qualified revenue opportunities.
What you'll do
- Identify and research target accounts in the HRTech and mid-market space
- Conduct outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to generate qualified leads
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client fit for EOR and payroll solutions
- Partner with Account Executives to seamlessly hand over qualified opportunities
- Monitor market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activity
What you bring
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
- Proven track record in outbound lead generation and booking meetings
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Fluency in English
