You will lead discovery alongside Payroll, Operations, and partner teams to resolve manual bottlenecks, minimize calculation errors, and establish robust partner integrations across diverse payroll jurisdictions. Working closely with engineering and design in a cross-functional triad, you will build complex data models and manage high-stakes platform dependencies that power borderless hiring.

What you'll do

  • Lead discovery with Payroll, Operations, and partners to eliminate manual bottlenecks and reduce calculation errors.
  • Partner with engineering and design as a unified triad to facilitate discovery and solution design.
  • Improve the identification and resolution of calculation issues, reporting gaps, and partner connectivity problems.
  • Maintain robust connectivity across international payroll partners to protect downstream data flow and reporting.
  • Build and maintain a country-specific payroll and compliance knowledge base.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of product management experience owning complex B2B SaaS, HR-tech, fintech, or payroll products.
  • Experience with platform-level systems, data models, cross-service dependencies, and integration architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise PRDs and lead stakeholder alignment across operations and engineering.
