What you bring

  • 4-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management (agency background preferred).
  • Proven track record sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-profile talent and agency relationships across multiple partnership models.
  • Strong network of creator, agent, and manager contacts across key platforms and verticals.
  • Solid understanding of FTC guidelines, platform monetization rules, brand safety standards, and compliance.
  • Experience using influencer marketing platforms, CRM tools, campaign analytics, and AI workflows for operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
