About the role
As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Time Doctor, you will own the marketing-led customer journey for paying accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion revenue. Operating within an AI-first framework, you will build and deploy agentic workflows that turn usage signals into automated customer journeys, qualified sales and CS opportunities, and proactive win-back plays.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize 30/60/90 onboarding plays and ongoing adoption programs to guide new paying customers to rapid value.
- Orchestrate customer segmentation and lifecycle triggers based on product usage, account health, expansion propensity, and churn risk.
- Co-define expansion signals with Growth and CS to identify, qualify, and route expansion and cross-sell opportunities to Sales.
- Execute retention, renewal-moment air cover, and win-back campaigns to protect and grow net revenue retention.
- Build and operationalize agentic AI workflows to automate journey variants, cohort drop-off detection, and usage signal interpretation.
- Manage customer advocacy programs, review sites, and distribution of customer communications like newsletters and webinars.
What you bring
- 5 to 7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, customer, or retention marketing.
- Proven track record of turning customer signals and cohort analytics into adoption, expansion, and retention revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy practical AI agents and workflows rather than just using prompt libraries.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with extensive experience in automated journey building and segmentation logic.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills across Product Marketing, Growth, Customer Success, and GTM Operations.
- Ability to commit to at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern business hours.
