About the role
As the Lead Technical Product Manager for Rail Integrations, you will lead a team of Technical Product Managers and Integration Analysts to streamline and automate carrier onboarding onto Distribusion's marketplace. You will own the integration roadmap end-to-end, manage complex API schemas and edge cases, and negotiate directly with C-level partner stakeholders to expand inventory and revenue.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow a team of Technical Product Managers and Integration Analysts, setting standards for technical excellence and ownership.
- Define the strategy for partner integrations across operators in 70+ countries.
- Drive automation, reduce integration time-to-live, and develop scalable integration infrastructure.
- Own the end-to-end roadmap, making prioritization decisions to grow inventory and revenue.
- Engage with C-level carrier stakeholders to scope and deliver high-stakes integrations.
- Evaluate existing processes and raise the bar for how integrations are scoped, executed, and measured.
What you bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical or API products.
- Deep technical fluency with APIs, data schema decisions, and edge case identification.
- Proven experience scoping and delivering B2B integrations with external partners or enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication skills to align executive stakeholders and engineering teams on complex technical details.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
