About the role
As the Headhunting Services Manager for APAC, you will spearhead business development across China, Singapore, and broader Asian markets while leading a distributed team of 3–4 recruitment consultants. You will personally oversee senior executive searches, nurture C-level client relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and scale regional recruitment operations.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute recruitment growth and business development strategies across China and Singapore.
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of recruitment consultants across mainland China, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
- Identify, pitch, and win new client accounts while negotiating commercial terms and recruitment agreements.
- Personally manage key accounts and lead senior executive searches from briefing to placement.
- Advise multinational and Chinese enterprise clients on talent availability, compensation, and market trends.
What you bring
- 10+ years of recruitment agency or executive search experience, ideally within the APAC region.
- Strong 360° recruitment track record with demonstrated success in generating revenue and winning new business.
- Proven experience mentoring or managing recruitment consultants in a distributed team environment.
- Extensive market knowledge of recruitment across mainland China and wider APAC.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
