About the role
As Global Partnership Manager, you will manage end-to-end relationships across Remote People's global EOR footprint, partnering with ICP and CPA networks. You will oversee onboarding, contract negotiations, service escalations, SLAs, and partner evaluations to ensure seamless payroll and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end relationships across ICP and CPA partner networks including onboarding, reviews, and offboarding
- Act as the escalation point for service failures like payroll delays, contract errors, or missed statutory filings
- Negotiate fees, engagement letters, and SLAs while maintaining the partner master register
- Source and run evaluations of new partners where coverage is missing or underperforming, completing due diligence with Legal
- Serve as the internal source of truth on partner capability for Sales, Finance, and expansion roadmaps
What you bring
- 3+ years in EOR, PEO, global payroll, or global mobility managing third-party vendors or in-country partners
- Experience managing professional service providers (accounting, tax, corporate secretarial) across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven commercial negotiation skills on rate cards, engagement letters, and SLAs
- Practical grasp of employment compliance and entity-level statutory obligations across jurisdictions
- Comfort operating across many time zones with non-native English speakers
