About the role
As an Enterprise Account Director at Later, you will act as the 'CEO of the account' for a portfolio of high-value enterprise brands. You will maintain senior executive relationships across VP and C-suite levels, orchestrate cross-functional teams (Sales, Strategy, Product, Services), and unlock growth opportunities by advising clients on influencer strategy, creator trends, and performance marketing.
What you'll do
- Own the long-term growth and expansion strategy for enterprise accounts representing $5M–$15M in annual business.
- Cultivate multi-threaded executive relationships with senior marketing leaders and C-suite decision-makers.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on creator economy trends, influencer campaigns, and social commerce measurement.
- Lead strategic business reviews, executive strategy sessions, and renewal/expansion negotiations in partnership with Sales.
- Align internal teams including Strategy, Services, Data, and Product to execute unified account growth plans.
What you bring
- Extensive experience leading high-value enterprise accounts and commercial relationships in marketing technology or digital agencies.
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing, social media, and creator economy ecosystems.
- Proven track record of driving account expansion, portfolio renewals, and executive stakeholder alignment.
