About the role
Sitting within Revenue Operations, this role is responsible for building and scaling the operating workflow for how deals are structured, reviewed, approved, executed, and handed off across quote-to-cash. You will guide Sales on non-standard deal construction, maintain DealHub CPQ approval readiness, coordinate with Legal on contracts, and align with Finance on revenue recognition. Additionally, you will turn pricing, packaging, and NPI decisions into operational processes while identifying AI and automation opportunities to minimize deal cycle times.
What you'll do
- Build and govern the global deal operations workflow for intake, routing, approval readiness, SLAs, and escalation paths in DealHub CPQ.
- Support Sales and leadership on commercial deal construction across new business, expansions, multi-year contracts, and non-standard terms.
- Engage Legal on contract changes and partner with Finance to ensure revenue recognition readiness, clear billing terms, and order form accuracy.
- Translate pricing, packaging, and NPI strategies into field-ready DealHub CPQ rules and operational processes.
- Own quote-to-cash handoffs to billing, commissions, and customer records while tracking KPIs and conducting root-cause defect reviews.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling (DealHub or comparable) and end-to-end quote-to-cash processes.
- Demonstrated ability to structure and review complex, non-standard commercial deals alongside Sales teams.
- Working knowledge of revenue recognition standards, billing workflows, and contract execution coordination with Legal and Finance.
- Strong analytical proficiency in Salesforce and reporting tools, paired with practical AI literacy to optimize operational tasks.
