About the role

This hybrid role sits between a Product Data Analyst and an Analytics/Data Engineer who can own the Ad Network data stack. You will partner with business leadership and engineering to build data models, design KPIs, construct dashboards, and implement entity resolution and attribution logic to optimize network balance and performance.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Product Managers and Business Leaders to define and track key ad network metrics and KPIs like CPC, CPA, and CPM.
  • Own, build out, and maintain the ClickHouse data model and aggregation tables supporting reporting and ML.
  • Proactively conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover pain points and recommend product roadmap tweaks.
  • Build and maintain attribution logic and collaborate on a universal entity resolution system.
  • Work with Machine Learning engineers on brand lift A/B testing studies and event tracking quality.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of technical experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools (such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, or Metabase).
  • Experience using Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling (e.g., clustering, regression).
  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies including A/B testing.
  • Hands-on experience with database data modeling and SQL ETL pipelines.
