About the role
In this role, you will join an early Customer Success team helping to build a scalable CS framework and playbook for EMEA enterprise clients. You will manage a book of 40-50 enterprise accounts, onboarding new clients, tracking adoption metrics, and owning commercial outcomes including renewals and net revenue retention (NRR).
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain scalable Customer Success playbooks and frameworks supporting EMEA customers.
- Manage and build strong relationships with a book of 40-50 enterprise clients.
- Onboard new clients and drive long-term adoption across ElevenLabs' suite of AI platforms.
- Monitor product usage and adoption data to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
- Own commercial account renewals and revenue expansion to hit NRR and GRR targets.
What you bring
- 5-7 years of Customer Success experience in a fast-paced SaaS organization.
- Proven experience driving value for customers with technical, mission-critical products like conversational AI.
- Strong commercial track record managing renewals, expansions, and driving NRR metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills suited for navigating complex enterprise stakeholder environments.
- Fluency in English and German.
