About the role
As a Contract Sourcer on GitLab's Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build representative pipelines of passive sales candidates across the AMER region, focusing heavily on Account Executive roles. In this outbound-oriented role, you will map talent markets, qualify prospects, gather competitor intelligence, and maintain candidate benches in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
What you'll do
- Source and engage passive candidates for sales roles across the AMER region primarily through LinkedIn and outbound channels.
- Build and maintain candidate benches across multiple territories with a strong focus on diverse talent.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate role requirements, ideal profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Map talent markets and gather competitor intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Screen, qualify, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and relationship building.
What you bring
- Demonstrated experience in outbound recruiting or talent sourcing.
- Experience sourcing for Account Executive and other sales positions, ideally within software/SaaS.
- Strong research, market mapping, and candidate outreach capabilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Comfort working remotely in an asynchronous, documentation-driven culture.
