About the role
As an independent software developer in the A·Team network, you will be invited to join high-paying, high-impact missions matching your skills and interests. Working in small autonomous teams of 3–4 builders, you will partner directly with venture-backed founders and innovation leaders to scope, architect, and build ambitious software products from 0 to 1.
What you'll do
- Build ambitious 0-to-1 software products alongside a curated team of 3–4 senior builders.
- Scope technical requirements, evaluate strategic options, and guide technical direction directly with client founders and leaders.
- Execute high-quality codebases and architect scalable solutions for high-growth tech companies.
- Collaborate directly with product and design peers to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of key initiatives.
What you bring
- Must be located in the Americas, Europe, or Israel.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated track record building and shipping products at high-growth startups or top tech companies.
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with distributed clients and teammates.
