About the role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the CMS Platform team, you will be responsible for the systems that compose and present content across Circle, including the Page Builder and form experiences. You will work across the stack using React and TypeScript on the frontend and Ruby on Rails on the backend, handling technical design, publishing pipelines, content models, and performance optimization.
What you'll do
- Build and ship Page Builder features that directly impact how customers design and publish their sites.
- Work across the stack using React & TypeScript on the frontend and Ruby on Rails on the backend.
- Partner closely with product and design to translate specifications into high-quality user experiences.
- Improve the architecture of the builder/editor and publishing pipeline for reliability, extensibility, and performance.
- Own projects end-to-end from technical design through implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling SaaS products.
- Deep experience with Ruby on Rails and strong proficiency with React & TypeScript.
- Experience building complex, stateful UI (editors, builders, or design tools) and their underlying systems.
- Comfort working with and alongside AI tools in your development workflow.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
