About the role
This role connects experienced DevOps engineers with fast-paced startups, bridging infrastructure and application operations. Engineers are responsible for creating environments from scratch, maintaining reliable, redundant, and secure systems, investigating production issues, and supporting development and QA teams.
What you'll do
- Manage and improve application infrastructure to keep environments reliable, redundant, and secure
- Investigate and resolve complex production incidents and performance bottlenecks
- Support developer and QA teams with technical infrastructure context and automation tooling
- Design and build cloud infrastructure from scratch using modern IaC and container platforms
- Communicate effectively with client stakeholders to justify technical decisions and architectural choices
What you bring
- 4+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Linux environments alongside Python or Bash scripting
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Heroku, or DigitalOcean)
- Hands-on commercial experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and SQL databases
- Advanced professional English communication and strong independent self-organization skills
