About the role
Lemon.io is seeking experienced Senior AI Engineers to join its talent marketplace and match with high-growth startup clients. In this role, you will build AI-driven solutions from scratch, integrate large language models, design RAG pipelines, and interface directly with startup founders and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Design and develop AI applications and architectures from scratch for startup clients.
- Implement and optimize RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
- Build and integrate solutions using LangChain and LLMs/vLLMs.
- Communicate directly with client stakeholders in English to clarify requirements and justify technical choices.
- Onboard rapidly into client projects and deliver results independently.
What you bring
- 3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions.
- Solid understanding of Python and core AI/ML libraries.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
- 2+ years of experience with LangChain and large language models (LLMs/vLLMs).
- 2+ years of experience with RAG or OpenAI APIs.
- Advanced professional English communication and self-organization skills for remote work.
