About the role
As an SDR for Latin America, you will own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation in the HRTech space. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities from scratch, test and optimize outreach across diverse markets and industries, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to build revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts across LATAM markets.
- Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to generate qualified pipeline.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and assess solution fit.
- Adapt messaging and outreach sequences to different countries, industries, and buyer profiles.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline progression in the CRM.
What you bring
- 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
- Proven track record of generating qualified sales pipeline through outbound efforts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Fluent English (C2 or equivalent); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
