About the role
In this role, you will join a cross-functional squad alongside engineers, product managers, and designers to build and scale global Employer of Record software. You will take ownership of test coverage, run functional, integration, and regression suites, review requirements, and integrate AI tooling into test generation to accelerate development safely.
What you'll do
- Develop automated tests for new features and regression scenarios using modern frameworks like Playwright.
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing against specifications, with manual testing as needed.
- Triage and track defects from initial discovery through to complete resolution.
- Monitor defect rates and minimize QA impact on the squad's release schedule.
- Use AI tools to accelerate test generation while maintaining disciplined validation standards.
- Participate in requirements reviews to advocate for software quality from the design phase.
What you bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Development.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or an equivalent test automation framework.
- Solid coding abilities and experience with API testing and automation.
- Familiarity with Git and issue tracking tools such as Jira.
- Clear written communication and the ability to collaborate asynchronously in a distributed team.
