About the role
As an inbound customer service freelancer, you will handle incoming calls regarding prepaid mobile products, rate plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical inquiries. The position offers complete remote flexibility, allowing you to choose your working hours within project parameters while being compensated per hour or productive minute.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding prepaid mobile tariffs, SIM cards, and account recharges
- Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting and mobile service questions
- Navigate web-based customer service and ticketing tools efficiently
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction independently
What you bring
- German language proficiency at a C1 or C2 level
- Registered freelance/self-employed status in an EU country outside of Germany
- Ability to issue proper international invoices and manage local tax obligations
- Quiet, private home office setup with stable internet (at least 50 Mbit/s), dual monitors, PC, headset, and webcam
- Previous experience in phone-based customer service is advantageous
