About the role
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Bitwarden product suite, guiding business customers through deployments, systems integrations, and proof-of-concept trials. You will resolve complex technical issues, advise on security best practices, and collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customer success.
What you'll do
- Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden and the entire product portfolio
- Lead proof-of-concept trials, new deployments, and integrations of Bitwarden containerized services
- Advise customers on industry best practices for the full stack of Bitwarden
- Work with enterprise customers to resolve issues and plan future-facing technical solutions
- Assist in planning, developing, and presenting live technical product demonstrations scaled to customer use cases
- Document and share customer feedback with cross-functional teams
What you bring
- Experience in a technical role such as Systems Engineer, Implementation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or IT Infrastructure Engineer
- Excellent English communication and grammar skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman) and operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS)
- Experience with identity and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Okta, Azure Entra ID, Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with networking protocols, APIs, and SSO implementations (SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM)
- Ability and desire to work remotely from the APAC region
