About the role
As an HR Operations & Global Employment Support Specialist (L2) for EMEA, you will deliver high-quality, client-facing support to customers and employees across the entire employment lifecycle. You will investigate and resolve complex inquiries spanning contracts, payroll, leaves, benefits, and local statutory compliance across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, collaborating cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
What you'll do
- Manage and resolve complex client and employee cases through the ticketing platform within target SLAs.
- Support lifecycle queries related to contracts, amendments, payroll, taxes, benefits, compliance, and offboarding.
- Investigate issues to identify root causes and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to implement solutions.
- Apply country-specific employment standards across EMEA and maintain thorough, accurate case documentation.
- Identify recurring operational issues and contribute to internal knowledge-base articles and process improvements.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, EOR, PEO, or global employment support.
- Demonstrated experience managing client or employee tickets using systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or ServiceNow.
- Practical knowledge of employment lifecycle processes including contracts, payroll support, leaves, and compliance across EMEA.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal and employment matters clearly.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume queues, prioritize urgent escalations, and work autonomously in a remote setup.
