About the role
As Head of Brand, you will lead the development and execution of strategies that elevate JetBrains' global presence and impact. You will oversee innovative marketing campaigns, maintain a cohesive brand voice and identity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage the brand marketing budget, and mentor a talented group of brand marketing professionals.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand recognition across global B2B and B2C markets.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand voice and identity consistent across design, product, and communications.
- Oversee innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and user engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and foster a collaborative culture within the brand marketing team.
- Manage the brand marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation and ROI.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and analyze market research to inform long-term brand growth.
What you bring
- At least 12 years of experience in brand management or a similar role, preferably within tech, communications, or a creative agency.
- Proven track record of executing successful brand strategies and campaigns for large, international tech brands.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience inspiring diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of modern tech trends and developer agendas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to guide cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
