About the role
As the Growth Design Lead, you will build and scale a high-velocity experimentation engine across Zapier's marketing site and top-of-funnel surfaces. Operating at the intersection of design, data, and marketing, you will establish testing frameworks, define AI-first design strategies, and translate behavioral insights into scalable, high-converting digital experiences.
What you'll do
- Own and define the end-to-end visitor-to-lead experience across the marketing site and campaigns.
- Build a high-velocity experimentation engine, designing and scaling A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages and conversion surfaces.
- Define and execute an AI-first design strategy optimizing for acquisition, conversion, and activation.
- Refine site-wide information architecture and content strategy for SEO and AI-driven search.
- Extend and contribute components to the shared web and email design systems in Figma.
- Mentor other designers and establish growth design practices across the Brand Studio.
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience in growth, product, or marketing design with a strong portfolio of shipped top-of-funnel work.
- Proven track record of designing, scaling, and running A/B and multivariate experimentation programs.
- Deep understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization, page speed, and information architecture.
- Advanced expertise in Figma, design systems, and AI design tools (e.g., Cursor, v0, Claude, Figma AI).
- Experience designing lead-capture experiences and fluency in growth metrics like MQLs, CAC, and LTV.
