About the role
As Global Learning Lead of Fellowship Programs, you will set the overarching vision and strategic priorities for strengthening network participant development across Teach For All's 60+ partner organizations and 30 prospective partners. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a globally distributed team of teacher training specialists, instructional coaches, learning designers, and MEL experts to elevate student outcomes and prepare fellows for systemic educational leadership.
What you'll do
- Set vision and strategic priorities to strengthen network partners' fellowship cohorts, participant retention, and holistic student development.
- Enable seamless integration of the Teaching As Collective Leadership framework across partner pre-service training, coaching, and teacher development.
- Direct the fellowship monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems and tools to track student, fellow, and alumni impact.
- Advance a global learning agenda by generating, synthesizing, and disseminating insights and knowledge products on teacher-leader development.
- Lead, coach, and manage a diverse global team of programmatic specialists, coaches, and consultants.
- Collaborate across regional and global teams to diagnose localized partner needs and build fellowship capacity.
What you bring
- 15+ years of experience in education, including at least 10+ years leading large-scale teacher training, fellowship design, or school leadership programs.
- Deep understanding of Teach For All's theory of change, collective leadership model, and systemic educational equity.
- Proven track record of managing and developing diverse, globally dispersed teams in an agile environment.
- Comfort leveraging monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) data systems to drive continuous programmatic improvement.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into accessible frameworks for global audiences.
- Strong facilitation, writing, and public speaking skills for thought leadership across complex global roundtables and forums.
