About the role
As an Infrastructure Specialist Forward Deployed Engineer for the Middle East, you will bridge the North AI product and enterprise client engineering teams. You will oversee end-to-end deployments in private cloud and on-premises environments, navigate enterprise IT and security specifications, resolve complex infrastructure challenges, and travel between 20% and 40% of the time to client locations.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end deployments of the North AI platform in private cloud and on-premises environments.
- Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, data management practices, and security compliance.
- Design and implement client-tailored deployment strategies aligned with data privacy standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical deployment and networking issues to minimize downtime.
- Travel to customer premises between 20% and 40% of the time.
What you bring
- Proven experience administering large-scale production Kubernetes clusters and Helm.
- Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software in private and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, or GCP, alongside networking and virtualization.
- Familiarity with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
