  • Investigate and resolve issues regarding payroll, tax, benefits, leave, contracts, onboarding, and local labor processes.
  • Partner with Payroll, Legal, Finance, Benefits, and local providers to resolve cases accurately and promptly.
  • Manage a high-volume ticketing queue while prioritizing urgent requests and meeting strict SLA targets.
  • Document case outcomes, identify recurring issues, and contribute to internal knowledge-base articles and SOPs.

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in Employee Support, HR Operations, Payroll Support, Global Employment, or EOR/PEO services.
  • Hands-on experience supporting employees or clients across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Proven experience handling cases involving payroll, benefits, leave, employment contracts, and compliance.
  • Experience working in a ticketing or case-management system (such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira) with SLA metrics.
