About the role
As an early Customer Success Manager at Linear, you will help build foundation processes and best practices for managing top customer accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact for mid-market customers, guiding onboarding and training, delivering ongoing support, and advocating for user needs across internal product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure long-term retention.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Linear’s mid-market accounts as their primary contact.
- Drive customer onboarding, enablement, and training to continually expand Linear usage and adoption.
- Become a product expert and assist customers in leveraging Linear to achieve their business outcomes.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product, sales, and support to resolve issues and guide feature enhancements.
What you bring
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Prior SaaS and startup experience with comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Previous experience working with product and engineering teams or developer tools is preferred.
