What you'll do
- Engage with customers via Zoom and email as a post-sales technical consultant to guide product adoption and best practices.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to provide in-depth implementation guidance on source code management, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile Planning.
- Deliver webinars, hands-on labs, office hours, and on-demand enablement sessions in a pooled team model.
- Develop and maintain reusable workshops, demos, documentation, and enablement content in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Build specialty competency in key market technologies through training, certification, and internal/customer-facing examples.
What you bring

- Located in the United States, Mexico, or Brazil.
- Experience supporting GitLab use cases such as SCM, CI/CD, DevSecOps, or Agile Planning.
- Technical background in software development or systems engineering with comfort discussing architecture and implementation tradeoffs.
