About the role
Customer Success Engineers serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers across EMEA. Working closely with Account Executives, Support, and Product teams, you will guide customers through technical and cultural hurdles to adopt JetBrains tooling, assist with architecture and whiteboarding, advocate for customer needs internally, and help expand accounts while traveling approximately 25% of the time.
What you'll do
- Manage technical relationships for an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts in partnership with sales teams.
- Guide customers through product adoption, architecture whiteboarding, and technical onboarding.
- Advocate for customer requirements and product enhancement requests directly with product engineering and support teams.
- Assist product teams in presenting and evaluating new features and product concepts with customers.
- Collaborate with Sales to create short- and long-term technical account expansion plans.
- Travel up to 25% of the time for customer meetings and events.
What you bring
- Proven experience in technical consulting, customer success engineering, or other customer-facing technical roles.
- Extensive hands-on background in software development, QA, IT, DevOps, or ML.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI and LLM technologies in the context of software development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language of the office.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in or alongside large-scale software engineering teams.
